Following a review of round four’s games in Betfred Super League, the Match Review Panel have handed Hull FC prop, Liam Watts, a three-match Penalty Notice for Grade C headbutt on Dom Crosby during the game against Warrington Wolves on Friday, March 2.
Watts’ previous record means he received a penalty notice at the higher end of the range. Watts has until 11.00am on Tuesday, March 6 to challenge the Penalty Notice.
Warrington Wolves half-back Declan Patton, has been referred to Tuesday’s (March 6) Independant Operational Rules Tribunal for a Grade D high tackle on Hull FC’s Bureta Faraimo in the same game.
Warrington Wolves player Sitaleki Akauola has also been handed a one-match Penalty Notice for Grade B dangerous contact in the same game.
Finally, Carlos Tuimavave (Hull FC) recieves a Grade A Penalty Notice (no further action) for Dangerous Contact in the Betfred Super League match on Friday night between Hull FC and Warrington Wolves.
Huddersfield Giants second rower Daniel Smith has been handed a one-match Penalty Notice for Grade B dangerous contact in their game against Wakefield Trinity on Sunday, March 4.
Wakefield Trinity player Matty Ashurst has been handed a Grade A Penalty Notice for dangerous contact in the same game, with no further action taken.

James Woodburn-Hall (Halifax RLFC) - Grade A Dangerous Contact, no further action (Rochdale v Halifax, Sunday 25 Feb)
Jamie Dallimore (Barrow Raiders) - Grade C Dangerous Contact, 3 match ban (Batley v Barrow, Sunday Feb 25)
Eddy Pettybourne (Toulouse Olympique XIII) - Grade C High Tackle, 2 match ban (Leigh Centurions v Toulouse Olympique XIII, Sunday Feb 2)
